Description
Lockheed Martin Space is hiring an Engineering Aide Spec to support the Thermal Protection System application, electro/mechanical structure assembly, integration and test operations, and production activities for missile, hypersonic, and Mars-vehicle programs. The role interprets engineering drawings, creates work instructions, supports shop-floor technicians, resolves work stoppages, conducts root-cause analysis, and leads the technical team on engineering requirements, schedules, costs, and production status. The position is full-time, 4x10, first-shift, with possible travel, and requires interim Secret clearance with the ability to obtain Secret clearance.
