Description
The Engineering Aide provides floor-level support for automated equipment, updates programs, performs calibrations, generates maintenance plans, interfaces with equipment manufacturers, and supports continuous improvement and defect reduction. The role also handles tooling requests, Apriso/SAP transactions, and other tasks under the direction of Manufacturing Engineers. An associate's degree in engineering or two years of CCA manufacturing experience is required, with additional SMT, PTH, and conformal-coating experience preferred. The full-time position offers a salary range of $43,300 to $80,500 and medical, dental, vision, and other benefits.
