Description
The Engineering Aide provides floor-level support for automated manufacturing equipment, including program modification, equipment calibration, maintenance planning, manufacturer coordination, defect reduction, tooling requests, and Apriso/SAP transactions. The role also supports engineering documentation, data analysis, and continuous improvement activities under the direction of Manufacturing Engineers. An associate's degree in an engineering discipline or two years of CCA manufacturing-process experience is required, with additional experience in SMT, AOI, conformal coating, and PTH preferred. The full-time position offers a salary range of $43,300 to $80,500 and medical, dental, vision, and other benefits.
