The Engineering & Asset Manager will lead a multidisciplinary technical team responsible for asset planning and scheduling, BMS operations, contract administration, predictive maintenance, real-time monitoring, capital planning, lifecycle cost optimisation, risk mitigation, and asset performance analytics. The role requires engineering or asset management leadership experience, CMMS and data analytics expertise, stakeholder management, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
