Cornerstone Building Brands is hiring a Plant Engineer to manage and coordinate the engineering, design, installation, maintenance, repair, and capital projects of a manufacturing plant. The role oversees work orders, preventive maintenance, spare parts, contractor procurement, budgets, safety compliance, and plant capacity plans, while supporting production efficiency and equipment reliability. It requires an engineering degree, at least eight years of engineering management experience, people-management experience, TPM and Lean skills, CMMS and data-analysis knowledge, and AutoCAD experience. The full-time position offers a US base salary of $120,000–$140,000 plus medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.
