Description
The Engineering & Maintenance Manager will lead the safe and efficient operation of a Monterrey chemical blending site, overseeing engineering and maintenance functions, a team of nine colleagues, preventive maintenance, continuous improvement, vendor management, capital projects, cost and KPI optimization, and safety. The role requires a degree in chemical, mechanical, electrical, industrial engineering, or a related field, at least three years of experience leading a team, capital project and equipment installation experience, vendor and contractor management, safety and compliance knowledge, project management, and fluent English.
