Weidmann Electrical Technology is hiring an on-site Engineering & Maintenance Manager in Middletown, Ohio, to lead engineering, maintenance, and facilities operations for a manufacturing site. The role manages capital projects, equipment reliability, preventive and predictive maintenance, Lean Manufacturing, safety, regulatory compliance, budgets, contractors, and resources while supporting operational excellence. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical discipline, at least 10 years of progressive engineering and manufacturing leadership experience, and experience in complex manufacturing, capital projects, maintenance, continuous improvement, and process manufacturing.
