Description
The Maintenance Manager oversees preventive and corrective maintenance of mortar mixing, batching, liquid production, dosing, and filling equipment; provides technical support to production and quality control teams; manages factory, office, and utility systems; supervises maintenance technicians and external contractors; controls spare parts and maintenance costs; supports safety, compliance, continuous improvement, and reporting; and leads maintenance reliability initiatives. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, or mechatronics engineering, 3–5 years of manufacturing maintenance experience, and knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and filling systems.
