Eaton’s Electrical Sector - ARS division is hiring an onsite Engineering & Projects Manager for its Fibrebond manufacturing campus in Minden, Louisiana. The role owns the project delivery strategy for the Data Center portfolio, leads Project Managers and Project Engineers, coordinates production, installation, transportation, and field services, manages customer communications and project documentation, and supports ERP, quality, scheduling, and warranty activities. The position requires a bachelor’s degree, six years of progressive project, engineering, or operations leadership experience, and one year leading people and cross-functional teams; it offers relocation assistance and an annual salary of $130,000–$190,000 plus a variable incentive program.
