Description
The Engineering and Reliability Manager will lead a technical team responsible for the reliability of plant processing equipment at fairlife’s dairy facility in Goodyear, Arizona. The role owns reliability projects and cadence, develops predictive maintenance and situational awareness technologies, leads root-cause and breakdown analyses, guides capital projects, and partners with Operations, Maintenance, Quality, and vendors. It requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent experience, at least 10 years of related engineering and manufacturing experience, and hands-on knowledge of processing equipment and related technologies. The position is exempt, offers 10% travel, and pays $150,000–$170,000 USD annually.
