ProFrac Services, a PF Holdings company, is hiring an engineering and technical management professional to guide design, engineering, and technical matters; coordinate projects; assess technology and resource needs; oversee facility and equipment installation, testing, maintenance, and repair; approve product designs; and manage staff competence. The role requires a four-year engineering or materials science-related degree or equivalent, 5–7 years of related management experience, quality-control development, Lean and Six Sigma knowledge, analytical problem-solving, and the ability to work in office and crude-trucking field environments.
