Description
The Grand Hyatt Tokyo Engineering Department is seeking a facility manager to oversee the hotel’s facility maintenance and conservation management. Responsibilities include managing outsourced equipment maintenance and inspection, furniture, fixtures, and equipment maintenance and repairs, kitchen equipment maintenance and renewal planning, budget and plan management, capital investment planning, and coordination with external contractors and construction supervision. The role requires practical facility maintenance and management experience at hotels or large commercial facilities, basic PC skills with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, and hotel industry facility management, renovation, or FFE experience is preferred.
