The Engineering Assistant – Multi-skilled supports the Engineering/Maintenance team in a hotel by performing routine inspections, preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and responses to guest and department requests. The role also maintains maintenance records, monitors materials and stock, supports cost control, and follows health and safety procedures. Candidates need a technical qualification in electrical, mechanical, HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, or a related field, plus one to three years of experience in hotel engineering, building maintenance, facilities management, or a related technical environment.
