Description
The Engineering Associate will assemble and test electrical and mechanical subsystems, troubleshoot assembly-level defects, support work instructions and fixtures, document build issues, and work with senior engineers on recurring problems. The role is full-time in Purcellville, Virginia, requires a bachelor's degree in electrical or mechanical engineering or a related field, hands-on assembly experience, and the ability to obtain Secret clearance; new graduates are welcome. Compensation is $90,000 to $110,000 annually with health coverage, profit sharing, and potential equity.
