MacKay is hiring a full-time Engineering Construction Project Manager - Water Facilities in Chicago, Illinois, to oversee the construction and delivery of multi-year capital improvement projects for the Chicago Department of Water Management. The role manages water-facility construction, project schedules and budgets, multidisciplinary teams, consultants, resident engineers, commissioning, client communication, scope changes, and project closeout. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in civil, structural, mechanical engineering, or a related discipline, at least six years of relevant experience, and strong project financial management and team leadership skills; water infrastructure, municipal, and joint-venture experience are preferred. The position offers flexible work arrangements, relocation assistance, and a US pay range of $115,000 to $165,000.
