Dock 22 is hiring an Engineering Coordinator for military shipbuilding at its Hamburg site. The role coordinates engineering information between Engineering and specialist departments, prioritizes and resolves project deviations, leads status and coordination meetings, prepares structured project reports, supports technical controlling through metrics, and contributes to cross-functional interface work. The position requires strong Excel skills, German and English communication, problem-solving ability, and an organized approach; a technical degree or comparable qualification is ideal but experience and the right mindset are also welcome.
