Solé Miami is hiring an Engineering Coordinator to support the Director of Engineering in maintaining hotel building systems, coordinating preventive maintenance, inspections, vendors, contractors, payroll, scheduling, training, and capital projects. The role also manages engineering records, accounting procedures, inventory, PO processing, and compliance activities, while requiring flexible availability and the ability to work on the property. Hotel engineering or facilities coordination experience is preferred, along with strong communication, computer, and bilingual English/Spanish skills.
