Description
The Manufacturing Engineer will support Formet’s manufacturing systems by establishing equipment and tooling parameters, analyzing cycle times, downtime, quality, and root-cause issues, leading engineering changes and new equipment or process launches, coordinating vendors and integrators, and improving safety, quality, productivity, and cost. The role requires an engineering degree, diploma, equivalent education and experience, or a related-trade certificate, plus two years of relevant experience; robotic spot/MIG weld assembly, PMP or P.ENG certification, and mechanical aptitude are preferred. The position offers CAD/CAM and manufacturing-engineering duties, with a stated annual salary of $84,062.76 to $101,961.78 CAD and medical and dental benefits after one month of employment.
