The Structural Design Engineer (Entry Level) supports the Airframe Structural Design Engineering team by administering SharePoint and other collaboration tools, organizing and analyzing data, developing reports and dashboards, maintaining procedures and technical documentation, supporting document review and information governance, improving workflows and automation, providing user support and training, and contributing to continuous improvement and cross-functional projects. The role is intended for recent graduates and emphasizes technology, process improvement, data management, communication, and adaptability.
