Description
Violet Labs is seeking an experienced engineer to own the entire post-sale relationship lifecycle, including onboarding, adoption, expansion, and renewal. This role involves running implementations, configuring connectors, establishing workflows, debugging integrations with various systems, and acting as the primary point of contact for customer issues. The successful candidate will embed with customer engineering teams to understand their operations, influence roadmap planning, and contribute to crafting a strategic engineering/deployment team.
