ALTEN is hiring a Project Engineering Delivery Lead in Belfast to lead engineering work packages across complex defence programmes. The role coordinates multidisciplinary engineering teams and stakeholders, monitors schedules, budgets, resources, risks, and delivery performance, and supports bids, changes, and growth activities. It requires 7+ years of experience, a bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering or equivalent technical military background, and eligibility to obtain SC clearance. The position is 4 days per week onsite, with private medical insurance and other benefits.
