Deloitte is hiring an Engineering Delivery Manager II for its GPS HST Technology team to manage the lifecycle of eligibility and enrollment public assistance programs. The role oversees application performance, reliability, scalability, system upgrades, integrations, project planning, budgets, risks, vendors, and production issues; collaborates with business, policy, and operations stakeholders; translates regulatory requirements into system functionality; mentors application developers, analysts, and support staff; and promotes Agile/DevOps practices. The position requires 10+ years of consulting or industry experience, experience with state public assistance systems, relevant eligibility or benefits experience, and a bachelor’s degree, with limited immigration sponsorship possibly available.
