Sedgman Pty Limited is hiring an Engineering/Design Manager in Brisbane to coordinate and direct the design function for minerals processing and supporting site infrastructure projects. The role oversees engineers and drafting staff, manages design workloads and technical briefs, controls the Project Design Management Plan, coordinates design interfaces, authorises drawings and documents, responds to technical queries, and monitors design non-conformances. A Bachelor of Engineering is required, along with 3–5 years of mineral processing experience and 2 years of engineering design management experience; mineral processing, base metals, and heavy industry experience are desired. The position offers flexible arrangements and requires Australian citizenship or permanent residency with lawful work authorization.
