GHD is hiring a Design Manager for its US East region to join the new Scranton, Pennsylvania office opening this fall. The role leads complex multidiscipline design efforts, organizes technical teams, controls the design path, manages small- or medium-scale projects, and supports water and wastewater, industrial/process plants, facilities, and buildings. Responsibilities include engineering solutions design, standards and specifications, process design, contract management, engineering inspections, and client relationship management. The position requires a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant engineering field, at least six years of technical, administrative, and project experience, and strong communication skills; EIT and PE qualifications are preferred.
