Description
Hexagon is recruiting an Engineering Design Office Manager for its construction-industry client, based in La Roche-sur-Yon West, Vendée. Reporting to management, the role leads a team of around ten employees and is responsible for workload organization, project allocation, design studies, technical and regulatory compliance, coordination of trades and subcontracted design work, performance monitoring, and development of design-office methods and tools. The position requires higher education in construction or building, at least five years of relevant experience, proficiency with building standards, CAD, and ERP systems, and prior experience managing a technical team. Compensation is €50,000–€60,000 depending on experience.
