McKim & Creed is hiring an Electrical Design Engineer for its Building, Energy and Infrastructure Group in the Wilmington office. The role provides technical and design services for power distribution, lighting, fire alarm, and voice/data systems across institutional, commercial, municipal, industrial, healthcare, education, and government facilities. Responsibilities include producing electrical design and construction drawings, specifications, computations, assessments, reports, and correspondence; observing construction progress; coordinating with project managers and senior engineers; and reporting to a Senior Engineer. The position requires a relevant bachelor’s degree, 5–10 years of applicable facilities experience, 5+ years of Autodesk REVIT experience, knowledge of the National Electric Code, and the ability to perform field survey duties.
