Honda is hiring for its Engineering Development Program, a one-year rotational experience for entry-level engineers. Participants work as full-time associates across manufacturing, equipment and tooling design, market quality data, design, and facilities engineering, with assignments varying by location and business needs. The program includes mentorship, project work, technical development, and exposure to Honda’s manufacturing and business operations. Applicants need a bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline, relevant co-op or internship experience is preferred, and less than two years of engineering work experience. The program is available in Alabama, Indiana, and Ohio, and visa sponsorship is unavailable.
