AST SpaceMobile is hiring participants for its Engineering Development Program, a structured career path beginning as an Industrial Engineering Technician supporting spacecraft micron operations. Participants will assemble, test, integrate, and troubleshoot flight hardware in cleanroom environments, then progress through associate and full-time engineering or supervisor tracks. The role requires a relevant bachelor’s degree, recent-graduate or early-career engineering experience, hands-on hardware experience, and on-site work at the Midland, Texas facility.
