AST SpaceMobile is hiring participants for its Engineering Development Program, which begins with an Engineering Technician role supporting Micron Operations on the spacecraft production floor. Participants will assemble, test, integrate, and troubleshoot flight components, follow cleanroom and quality procedures, and collaborate with engineering teams. After demonstrating technical capability and leadership potential, participants may progress to supervisory, manufacturing, automation, or flight assurance engineering roles. The program is based at the Midland, Texas facility and requires on-site work.
