Description
Travelers is hiring participants for its one-year Engineering Development Program (EDP) in the Data Engineering track. Participants will partner with business stakeholders to refine features, plan user stories, and execute analysis, design, development, and testing of data assets and applications supporting data science, business analytics, and transactional systems. The program includes technical training, hands-on work, mentoring, networking, and career guidance, with occasional travel and a hybrid work model. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States and must have a bachelor’s or master’s degree or completion of a licensed/accredited technical bootcamp; exposure to object-oriented programming, SQL, data fundamentals, data pipelines and ETL, and data visualization are preferred or relevant qualifications.
