John Deere is hiring for an onsite Engineering Development Program in Engine Engineering in Waterloo, Iowa. The two-year program provides recent engineering graduates with eight-month rotations across combustion engine and aftertreatment functional areas, including advanced research, performance and emissions development, reliability and durability, heat transfer, combustion, fluids, fatigue analysis, embedded-system control software, systems engineering, virtual and physical analysis and testing, and data engineering and analytics. Applicants must be currently pursuing or recently graduated with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering field, have an anticipated graduation date of December 2026 through August 2027, and meet the stated GPA and skills requirements.
