John Deere is hiring for its 2027 Weld Manufacturing Engineering Development Program, an onsite two-year program for recent engineering graduates. The program includes eight-month rotations through Weld OFP Manufacturing Engineering, Fabrication OFP Manufacturing Engineering, Tooling Engineering, and Fabrication or Weld PDP, with possible assignments at Midwest John Deere factory locations. Candidates must be currently pursuing or recently graduated with a Welding Engineering or related engineering degree, have prior weld engineering internship or co-op experience, and be willing to relocate to a factory location. The program offers a base salary of $82,920 to $88,740 plus benefits, and visa sponsorship is not available.
