The role combines hands-on engineering leadership with product ownership, including hiring and developing engineers, planning and delivering foundational projects, collaborating with product, architecture, security, and marketing teams, and making high-level architectural decisions. Candidates should have at least seven years of software engineering experience, including three years in management, along with experience building and releasing products and leading engineering teams in dynamic environments.
