Airwallex is hiring a Director of Engineering for its Spend domain in the United States, based in San Francisco. The role leads the engineering organization for corporate cards, expense management, and spend workflows; owns the technical strategy, architecture, delivery quality, and roadmap; scales and mentors engineering teams; and partners with Product, Design, Commercial, and other engineering leaders. The position requires 10+ years of software engineering experience, including 5+ years in engineering leadership, along with strong people-management, product, architecture, and distributed-systems experience.
