Description
Eucalyptus is hiring a London-based Engineering Director to unify two engineering organisations, lead a 35-to-50-person engineering hub, and serve as the primary engineering partner for UK commercial, clinical, and product leaders. Reporting to the CTO in Sydney, the role manages six to eight engineering managers, owns senior hiring and team development, sets engineering standards, evaluates technical and commercial trade-offs, and supports distributed delivery across Sydney, London, and the United States. The position follows a three-day hybrid schedule from the Old Street office and offers private health insurance through Vitality.
