Description
The Engineering Director provides strategic and hands-on technical leadership across Ladish Valves’ engineering functions, owning the full lifecycle of industrial valve design and development. The role leads valve design, customization and application engineering, testing and qualification, materials and metallurgy, standards and regulatory compliance, and the development of mechanical, design, application, and drafting engineering teams. It requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering discipline, at least 12 years of progressive industrial valve or rotating equipment engineering experience, and at least 5 years in engineering leadership or management.
