Canva is hiring a Core IT leadership role focused on setting and delivering the company’s IT strategy, building a workforce technology experience, leading high-performing teams, using data to measure service quality, and representing IT in organizational and company-wide forums. The role requires prior experience leading internal technology functions at meaningful scale, strong executive and engineering stakeholder relationships, commercial awareness, and the ability to lead through others. The role is based at Canva’s Sydney campus, with work locations and arrangements chosen by the employee, and interviews are conducted virtually.
