HoneyBook is hiring an Engineering Director to lead its Core Product engineering group in the Tel Aviv office. The role manages five Engineering Managers and dozens of engineers, drives delivery, quality, and product impact, partners with Product, Design, Data, and Go-to-Market leadership, and helps embed AI capabilities into core workflows. The position requires 15+ years of software engineering experience, at least 2+ years managing managers and multi-team groups, and experience leading product engineering teams at scale.
