SentinelOne is hiring a Director of Developer Experience to lead the organization responsible for how engineers build, test, ship, and operate software. The role owns Infrastructure Services and Developer Tooling, including CI/CD orchestration, GitOps, artifact management, internal developer platforms, and AI-augmented developer workflows. Responsibilities include scaling engineering leadership, improving developer productivity, ensuring platform security and performance, establishing AI tooling strategy, and partnering with security, legal, AI, product, architecture, and SRE teams. The role requires extensive engineering and management experience, platform and DevOps expertise, and strong executive communication skills.
