Engineering Director , Nuclear at Worley

Worley is hiring an Engineering Director to lead multidisciplinary engineering for a major nuclear generation expansion project in Canada. Reporting to the Project Director, the role provides strategic and functional leadership across the full project lifecycle, including licensing, design, procurement, construction, commissioning, turnover, and operational readiness. The Engineering Director establishes engineering governance, technical baselines, delivery models, interfaces, quality and safety controls, risk management, and stakeholder relationships, while leading and developing a multidisciplinary engineering organization. The role requires a Canadian Professional Engineer designation or eligibility for registration, significant nuclear engineering and executive leadership experience, and a bachelor's degree in engineering.
