FERCHAU is hiring an Engineering Driver Systems professional to support the development and optimization of drive and chassis components for automotive OEMs and suppliers. The role includes analyzing system requirements, preparing technical specifications, coordinating with suppliers and customers, performing NVH and thermal simulations, participating in test drives, and integrating new technologies and materials. Candidates need a degree in vehicle technology, systems engineering, mechatronics, or a comparable field, initial experience in drive or chassis system development, knowledge of MATLAB/Simulink, CAD, and test-stand automation, and strong German and English skills.
