Micron Technology is hiring a Process Engineer to identify and resolve assembly-process problems, optimize equipment and materials, improve yield and cost, validate new process baselines, and integrate AI-assisted tools into manufacturing work. The role requires a bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field, process-optimization experience, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and baseline digital and AI literacy; a master's degree, AI-enabled tool experience, project-management skills, SPC/FDC/RMS/APC familiarity, and supplier-management experience are preferred.
