Description
The Engineering Executive will lead engineering operations in Kochi, overseeing maintenance programs for HVAC, electrical, refrigeration, plumbing, and building infrastructure; supervising and developing engineering staff; managing contractors; analyzing utility consumption; improving workflows and operational efficiency; and reporting on equipment performance and team metrics. The role requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent professional certification, at least five years of progressive engineering operations or facilities leadership experience, technical qualifications, maintenance and project management expertise, budget and P&L responsibility, vendor management, analytical and communication skills, and proficiency with maintenance management software and Microsoft Office.
