Description
The Hotel Maintenance Associate installs, maintains, and calibrates tools, appliances, equipment, fire-safety systems, and related controls; responds to guest repair requests; maintains parts inventory; and supports disaster-response protocols. The role also assists with employee hiring, training, scheduling, evaluation, counseling, and coaching, while following safety and security procedures. Preferred qualifications include a technical, trade, or vocational school degree, at least two years of related work experience, and at least two years of supervisory experience.
