Description
The Hotel Maintenance Associate installs, maintains, and recommends replacement for tools, appliances, and equipment; calibrates controls and gauges; operates shut-off valves; stocks and tracks parts; inspects equipment and fire-safety systems; performs generator and fire-pump tests; responds to guest repair requests; and assists with employee hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management. The role also requires adherence to safety and security policies, professional guest service, and physical work involving lifting, bending, and extended standing or walking.
