Brown Brothers Harriman is hiring an Engineering Functional Lead for its Cable 5 innovation practice. The role leads early-stage technical strategy, architecture, feasibility, and product-concept validation, translating ambiguous product ideas into feasible technical approaches and supporting market and fintech discussions. It requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, 10–15 years leading technical design and architecture for complex greenfield products, and expertise in modern application architectures, financial modeling, Agile, and digital product innovation. The position is based in Massachusetts or New Jersey and offers a base salary of $170,000–$230,000 plus an annual target bonus.
