Description
General Motors is hiring a virtual engineering specialist to support General Assembly vehicle programs through dynamic simulation, manufacturing-readiness assessments, virtual builds, and manufacturing-process planning. The role uses Siemens Process Simulate, Tecnomatix, Teamcenter, Manufacturing Process Planner, and related tools, while also applying coding, scripting, data, automation, and artificial-intelligence workflows to improve engineering processes. It is an individual-contributor, hybrid role requiring at least three on-site reports per week, less than 25% travel, and no GM immigration sponsorship.
