Description
The Engineering Instructor provides Diploma-level engineering instruction and assessment while managing hands-on laboratory and workshop operations. The role includes delivering lectures, demonstrating and troubleshooting machines and equipment, preparing labs for experiments, maintaining equipment, supplies, inventories, manuals, and maintenance logs, supporting faculty and students with projects, enforcing safety procedures, and advising students. It also involves coordination with engineering programs, purchasing and financial follow-up, travel between HCT colleges, mentoring staff, and participating in professional development and institutional activities.
