Description
Hill International is seeking an Engineering Interface Department Manager to coordinate design and engineering interfaces, align project schedules, manage design consultants and senior discipline engineers, review variation orders, support government permitting, and develop departmental operating structures. The role requires a bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, at least 20 years of experience in water and wastewater projects, project management expertise, and experience managing engineering consultants. The position is based in Canada but requires relocation to Saudi Arabia.
