Compeer Financial is hiring a paid Engineering Intern for a full-time Summer 2027 internship. The intern will work on software design, development, testing, automation, deployment, support, and continuous improvement within a cross-functional Agile product team, while gaining exposure to cloud-native development, DevSecOps, CI/CD, observability, and AI-enabled engineering practices. The role is available in Bloomington, Illinois; Sun Prairie, Wisconsin; or Mankato, Minnesota, with a hybrid model allowing up to 50% work from home. Candidates must be pursuing a relevant bachelor's or master's degree and be authorized to work for any United States employer; visa sponsorship is not available.
